• I am a lawyer with 14 years of experience in litigation, advisory, due diligence and compliance. I have been regularly appearing before various judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative forums such as the Honble High Court of Delhi, CESTAT, District Courts and other administrative forum. I am also experienced in liasoning, consultation, due diligence and compliance in various fields of law. That I have been engaged on a retainership basis by various companies operating in different fields such as Food and warehousing, Retail, Export-Import, logistics and so on as a General Counsel / lawyer on panel. This has allowed me a rich and diverse experience in multiple facets of law and business, both as a consulting counsel and as a litigating advocate in the courts and has made me familiar with multiple facets of law such as employment / HR issues, mergers and Acquisitions, DRT cases, MACT claims et al .

I am a graduate in English Literature from Delhi University and a graduate in Law from Delhi University. Delhi's is one of the most prestigious University in the country and both the courses were full time and regular.
