Ayushi Tondon

I am Ayushi Tondon, a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor with a wealth of experience and qualifications in the field. My journey with yoga started at the young age of 5, and since then, I have become an accomplished practitioner and educator. Holding a prestigious 500 hours TTC (teacher training course) certification, my expertise and dedication to yoga have been recognized, and I even won the miss Yogini award during my teenage years.

Hailing from Rishikesh, the renowned yoga capital of the world, I have been ingrained in the spiritual traditions and teachings of yoga. To further enhance my skills, I am a level 3 certified yoga trainer from the Ministry of Ayushi under the Government of India. As a proud FitIndia ambassador, my mission is to spread awareness about the countless benefits of yoga, aiming to make it an integral part of individuals' lifestyles rather than just an additional activity.

My holistic approach to yoga extends beyond physical postures, as I firmly believe that what we hear, say, and do can also be considered yoga. Specializing in hatha, vinyasa, meditation, pre/postnatal yoga, and breathwork, I possess a wide range of expertise to cater to individuals with varied needs and goals. With my guidance and profound knowledge, I strive to create a nurturing and transformative environment, allowing my students to experience the true essence of yoga.
