Landscape Consultant -

❖ Audit and Inspect Service provider’s operations against agreed KPI’s and standards. ❖ Utilize computer-aided facility management, mainly the ‘Maximo’ systems. ❖ Preparing Surveillance report and Non-Conformance report (NCR) as per agreed SLA. ❖ Conducted training to service providers on-site or through a presentation. ❖Preparing the landscape and irrigation improvement plan. ❖ Raise helpdesk tickets as and when required and follow up on completion. ❖Coordinate with PMC, construction teams, and contractors to resolve technical, and site-related issues ❖ Review and inspect irrigation and landscape construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards. ❖Engaging with clients, contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure all works comply with international standards. ❖Attending to Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and taking appropriate action promptly. ❖ Review submitted IFC drawing, Shop drawings and As Built drawing. ❖ Provide Technical input to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise. ❖ Review the documents of landscaping and pest control and provide technical comments to ensure they meet the agreed KPI standards. ❖Providing support to the service provider and ensuring site readiness for the VVIP client visit. ❖Providing support to the CAFM team for zoning and PPM task uploading. ❖Supervise and monitor on-site landscape activities including planting, irrigation systems, soil improvement etc.

Landscaping Engineer-

❖Manage a team of 160 staff members. ❖Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) for landscape operations ❖Conduct on-site and presentation-based training for landscape staff. ❖Utilize computer-aided facility management tools, primarily APEX and FMPRO. ❖Prepare handover and takeover reports with accuracy and attention to detail. ❖Preparing monthly audit justification reports ❖Develop landscape and irrigation improvement plans. ❖Monitor and coordinate daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow. ❖Conduct weekly Toolbox Talks (TBT) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) training sessions. ❖Prepare traffic management plans while ensuring adherence to all site safety procedures. ❖Compile weekly and monthly reports for clients, detailing updates and progress. ❖Design and implement indoor plant layouts for airport buildings. ❖Maintaining monthly material stock levels of tools, Chemicals and HSE Material. ❖Performing internal audits to maintain KPI adherence and regulatory compliance.❖Handling and Managing up to 42 Residential projects and 2 commercial projects. ❖Responsible for (variation jobs) execution, and documentation, of all aspects of landscape maintenance projects. ❖Liaising with client/maintenance team in day-to-day site activities. ❖ Resolving any technical issues, Planning and liaising with the project manager for the requirement of materials, resources, and timely delivery at the site. ❖checking all material deliveries for quality control and approval of delivery notes.
