Transport/Fleet Management: Handling Employee requests, preparing cab rosters, Onboarding cabs, MIS, Processing Invoice, Audits etc.,

Handling government agencies, Contractual labour's management, Laising and complaince etc.

Invoice Processing and Management: Responsible for verifying vendor and other Admin invoice receiving and processing further for approval and submission in a timely manner.

Workspace: Ensure employees use the tool for booking their seats in advance, accordingly arrangements to be made for food service for every day along with other arrangements fall under office upkeep.

Vendor Management: Responsible for overall vendor management, Schedule regular feedback meetings with vendors to ensure all operational issues and gaps are discussed and resolved.

Coordinate with vendors / managed space service providers to ensure the office services are run efficiently with no disruptions and manage the night shifts with proactive pre-set SOPs in place.

Cafeteria Management: Review the menu provided by the vendor, ensure good quality of food is provided.  Ensure to conduct the food lab tests are done with the help of empaneled agencies.

PPM: Ensure PPMs are done efficiently for critical and non-critical assets, and records are maintained and shared to central Admin POC.

ESG related data points are captured and maintained handy with set frequency to share with the central Admin POC

To manage and ensure regular interactions with business stakeholders are done and seek the feedback.

Manage and maintain immovable and movable assets tagging and inventory

To ensure timely payment of utility and vendors bills

To manage, monitor and track renew of annual maintenance contracts and agreements

To ensure that the offices are in line with common and customized brandings are maintained

To ensure groomed security personnels are deployed with proper screening

Statutory compliances with records are maintained

To attend internal and external audits

MIS creation and submission for all the offices.

Managing overall day shift operations, not limited to.

ID card issuance and management: Onboarding and offboarding, revoking access, asset collection.

Responsible for overall inventory of Admin assets and stock management along with monthly indent /order to process for all the offices.

Ensure Legal & statutory compliances are Up to date with 100% compliance score is achieved.

Contribute and ensure internal and external audits are done successfully.

Reports unsafe / abnormal conditions and unusual occurrences to the concerned teams.

Event Coordination for company events.

Ensure that FM quality of the services is always maintained at the highest levels.
