I have more than 35 years’ experience of Operation of Five Mega Ammonia Plants (Haldor Topsoe Technology) including pre commissioning and commissioning of four Ammonia Plants including two overseas plants (Oman India Fertiliser Company (OMIFCO) , Oman and OQ, Salalah Ammonia Project, Oman)and I was involved in revamp(CEP +ESP) of two Ammonia plant of Aonla Unit. I have worked in various positions in field, panel, Shift in charge, plant in charge and operated /managed various control systems and besides graduate in chemical Engg., I have addition qualification of Industrial safety and Boiler Operation Engr (B.O.E.) which makes me competent in all aspects of Ammonia Plant operations. Strong background in energy saving projects and Capacity enhancement projects and in Industrial safety operations. 33 days Deputation from IFFCO at OQ Salalah Ammonia Project, Oman (16Sept2022 to 18 Oct 2022) as Ammonia Expert to support their operation team at final stage of commissioning.
