An effective engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in the orthopaedic industry, which includes experience in all phases of engineering from product review for machinability to final inspection. I'm looking for a job where I can identify areas of strength and weakness in order to improve company common practises by implementing the most recent industry standards and proposing changes in operational systems that maximise productivity and bottom-line profitability. 

1. Create multi-axis CNC programmes currently using MasterCAM 2020 software for the production of metallic aerospace parts. 
2. Use tool path verification software to prove out and troubleshoot CNC programmes in a virtual machining environment prior to release to the manufacturing cells.
3. Consider materials' mechanical properties and geometry for efficient production cycles throughout the manufacturing process.
4. design, develop, and oversee the fabrication of required tooling to facilitate efficient part manufacture.
5. Process and facility support: responsible for drafting, reviewing, and improving process procedures in order to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
6. Coordination with the maintenance and production departments is required to ensure that needed changes are made in a timely manner with minimal impact on productivity.
7. Provide training on critical processes to production departments if and as required.
8. Troubleshoot problematic processes and propose viable options to eliminate operational and/or safety issues.

Completion of the Diplamo in Production Engineering in 2004
