- Interacting & assisting with ISO 22000 certifying body to implement the system in our plant and verification and approval of documents like Hazard Analysis, PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs etc.
- Responsibility of Incoming Component & Finished Product Inspection & Release, Validation, CAPA, Change Control,
- Internal Audits, Laboratory Management and Documentation Management
- Responsible for administration of Quality Assurance Laboratory and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices
- Doing monthly basis market visit for analysing self-brand& competitor brands trends on beer drinkability, age,
- Quality & packaging as well as resolve market complaints
- Pest management protocols and schedules so as to ensure zero infestation levels in product, process and storage
- Reviewing artwork for all new product launches as per relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines
- Keeping abreast of updates & changes in regulations such as FSSAI & Legal Metrology
- In-depth Knowledge on TPM and handled several projects to eliminate the Lose
- Support upgrading factory performance standards to Best in class
- Manage third party audits, customers, internal and regulatory entities. Analyze and gather corrective action plans for audit nonconformance. Review final review with unit head.
- Responsible for, training development, scheduling engagement, SOP training/development/implementation and review, annual internal Food safety audit and Shape food/feed safety, quality and regulatory culture/reputation.
- Developing the unit quality systems, standards and procedures in line with the Quality Manuals
- Team player with strong planning, organizational and interpersonal skills
