• Directing Project Management initiatives like defining technical specifications, reporting and documentation, budgeting and cost estimates, commissioning and executing the entire Project. 
• Managing the tendering process including preparation of RFPs, conducting pre-tender meetings, commercial cum technical tender meetings, tender evaluation, BOQ & cost estimates and finally award of tender to eligible contractors. 
• Expertize on Sustainable Energy Development, Solar Photovoltaic, Renewable energy and  Rural Development Projects- Ground mounting MW, Roof top, Off grid/Grid systems, AC/DC Pumps and Micro Grid solutions. Detailed Engg drawings, BOM, array layouts, SLD, schematics, Sizing/selection of PV module, Inverter, Pump, VFDs, RMU, Cable, LED, Battery, Earthing, Lightning protection system, manuals..etc
• Support to R&D, New & Innovative Product development team for Product certifications, and Value Engineering/ Cost-outs for new and existing systems.
• AutoCAD, PVSYST, Google Sketch up, ECAD
• Adhere to quality standards & conduct regular ISO Audit
