I am a  Conscientious, compassionate Research oriented, dedicated and reliable Clinical Microbiology/Immunologist with personable education professional driven to inspire students to achieve personal and academic success. • Development of course curriculum suitable and as needed by different faculties/universities  
• Development of lesson plan, case study discussions for different programs taught  
• Conduct practical’s, workshops, seminars, sessions, guest lectures etc 
• Contribute to the design and development of engaging course curricula and materials and ensure that teaching is implemented by relevant research in the field
• Preparation of Semester/Term time tables and the delivery of lectures and as scheduled. 
• Preparation of Student Research project proposals & submit for approval & external funding 
• Supervise & coordinate interdisciplinary student research projects 
• Take leadership role where necessary to ensure the projects are completed within time line 
• Motivate & council students to get achievable grades        
• Learn and implement various teaching methodologies as curriculum demands 
• Performance monitoring & Student training & mentoring.   
• Mastery in developing Standard Operative Procedures (SOP) for the diagnosis of various clinical samples (with special emphasis on intestinal pathogens)

• Master of Science (M.Sc.): Medical Microbiology from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka India – 2000 (Awarded in July 2001)
• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.): Microbiology, Biochemistry and Aquaculture from Nagarjuna University, India – 1997 (Awarded in Jun 1997)
