I'm Barath Kumar, Originally from Chennai. I've completed my under graduation in 2019 which I specialized in Computer science and engineering. After that i work as customer support representative in an reputed organization. My hobbies are to watch movies and play cricket.  One special thing is about me is am always love to mingle with other and make a meaningful conversation. That's a short story about me.

Review unresolved customer inquiries or issues that were 
left pending from the previous day. Prioritize them based 
on urgency and complexity.
Responding to Customer Enquiries
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
addressing each customers questions and concerns.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving
Assist customers in diagnosing and troubleshooting 
technical and non-technical issues they are facing
with the services that are offered.

Work towards satisfactory resolution of customer issues 
and problems that they are facing.

If an issue is beyond my expertise and requires technical Support,
