With over 30 years of diverse experience in the Indian financial ecosystem, I bring deep expertise in Project Finance, Corporate Credit, Urban Infrastructure Development, and Stressed Asset Management. I have held senior leadership positions at prestigious Government institutions such as the National Housing Bank, IFCI Ltd, and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd, where I successfully handled top-level finance, audit, MIS, HR, and administrative functions.

I am passionate about driving financial sustainability through responsible investment, particularly in urban development, housing, and ESG-compliant projects. My core strength lies in financial analysis, credit appraisal, audit coordination, and end-to-end project evaluation. I also have significant exposure to SAP, GST, IFRS, and financial modelling, along with an academic foundation that includes a Doctorate in Management Studies, and multiple postgraduate degrees in Finance, Economics, and Commerce.

Over 30 years of experience in project finance, corporate credit, accounting, audit, and asset management across top government institutions like National Housing Bank, IFCI Ltd, and HAL. Proven expertise in urban infrastructure development, financial reporting, and handling high-value public sector projects.

Doctorate in Management Studies (ISBM), MBA in Finance, MA in Economics, and M.Com, with a strong foundation in commerce from Osmania University. Also certified in IFRS, ESG, SAP, and GST from reputed institutions.
