About Belsitha Christy:

  • Managed and Supervised 18 project employees, including in-house, external contractors and sub-contractors
  • Attend meetings and discuss project details with contractors, asset owners, and stakeholders
  • Once got an approval from client work with architect and structural designer to enhance the design sustainably and make sure the modifications meets our client’s requirements. 
  • Analyse and provide budget friendly plans to clients based on their requirements. 
  • Discuss project details with clients and explain and educate them about design modifications and make them realise and then convince comfortably. 
  • Trained 2 new employees to take over similar projects and aid company expansion
  • Perform drafting according to specifications, ensuring compliance with all project procedures and requirements
  • Inspect inventories and prepare orders for civil projects and refractory materials in line with budgeted figures.
  • Assign the work on daily basis and monitor the output quantity to ensure that the project completion will be done on time.

  • Performed structure planning and fabrication, designed steel elevations and applied for dig permits
  • Completed Job Hazard Assessments to identify work-related hazards and applied safety mitigation techniques to lower risks
  • Wrote weekly quantity reports for soil columns to track progress and invoice clients

Completed Bachelor's in Civil Engineering During the period of 2009 - 2012 in Annamalai University. While pursuing My Degree chose for Quantity Surveying Course by my institution.
