*Associate HR & Admin in Balajee Infratech & Construction Pvt. Ltd. Under (Bhushan Steel Ltd.) 2012 To 2018.

  1. Payroll Management
  • Designing CTC Salary Break up and compensation and benefits.
  • Coordinative with Payroll administrator for salary administration & disbursal.
  • Employee new joining & Exit Process.

      2. HR & Time Office Operations

  • Preparing employee records, leave & attendance records, full &final settlements etc.
  • Implementing various Policies (i.e. Leave Policy, Attendance Policy)
  • Prepare MIS joining new employees and left in excel sheet.Prepare MIS Employee (Attendance, Leave & OT records) in excel sheet.
  •  Prepare MIS reports such as absenteeism. Preparing MIS monthly Salary.
  • Making Salary (salary sheet), deductions of the employees on Excel sheet.
  • Maintain Statutory Compliance and monthly checking our contractors Muster Cum Wage Register, PF, ESIC (Challan, ECR, Payment Slip) LWF, and PT etc.
  • New joining employees all record entry in our E data & PF Portal & ESIC portal in same day.
  • Maintain employee records their personal files etc.
  • Filling Online monthly PF Challans (Version 4.0) and deposit with the authorized
