As a Salesforce Admin, I have extensive experience in managing Salesforce applications, including user management, security, data management, reports and dashboards, and customizations. I am proficient in using Salesforce tools such as Data Loader and Dataloader.io for data management and maintenance, and I have experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration of profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, and process builders.

As a Salesforce CPQ Admin, I have experience in implementing and maintaining CPQ solutions, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contracting.
