Ihad completed my masters in microbiology and currently working with ALEMBIC PHARMACEUTICAL PRIVATE LIMITED  in India in sterile injectable plant as a (QA MICROBIOLOGIST)

After my post graduation in microbiology (master’s in microbiology) i joined Alembic pharmaceuticals private limited as a QA MICROBIOLOGIST in a sterile injectable plant.

work experience 

Handle various equipments like AES air sampler, compressed air and nitrogen sampling kit for environmental monitoring in sterile injectable plant.
 

Performed Environmental monitoring in an aseptic area (Grade A and Grade B).
 

 Viable monitoring in manufacturing area (Active air sampling) settle plate exposure
(passive sampling), contact plate, surface sampling, Swab sampling, Cv sampling, Gas
sampling.

 Gowning Qualification of person working in an aseptic area.

 Media fill activities and visual inspection of vials.
 Worked as an IPQA officer that includes log book review, BMR review and GDP (Good
documentation practice)

Worked under US FDA audit.
