  • Finalizing P&L Accounts and Balance sheet on monthly/ yearly basis. Preparing various MIS on Production/ Sales and projections as and when required. Reconciliation of Balance sheet items. 
  • Prepare and maintain asset, liability and capital accounts. Suggest ways to reduce cost and enhance revenue and improve profits.
  • Guide accounting/ store clerical staff by coordinating activities. Reviewing and analyzing Pos.
  • Preparation of yearly budget and comparing with the actual. Fund Management / Working Capital Management.
  • Formation of proper system for Sales and Inventory management.
  • Reconciling Bank with general ledger entries and control expense / petty cash expenses. Preparing monthly journals.

Role:- SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

  • Preparing company's Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/c and cash Flow, along with annexure to the Balance sheet. All accounting done in Oracle environment. Manage accounting staff in all aspects of finance and accounting.
  • Managing Accounts Payables fully (local & foreign) payments and reconciliation of supplier’s ledgers along with each payment. Management of Ac /Receivables and follow-up for the outstanding dues. Approving sales invoices and submitting the same in time & follow up of debtor’s payments. 
  • Cost Cutting measures along with controlling of all JV, BPV, CV, Cheque receipt vouchers & PDC. 
  • Controlling purchase orders / Inventory placed to agencies so as to control the fund blocking in Inventory in the stores. 
  • Preparation of Annual Budget in consultation with the various departments. Monitoring of budget v/s actual expenses and analyzing the difference thereof. Management and control of the Annual stock taking exercise.
  • Provide with all information (MIS) related to accounting reports or financial statements.
  • Management of fund – Monthly working capital requirement and capital expenses as per the budget.
  • Assist in payroll administration and ensure adherence to guidelines for the successful transfer of salaries. 
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules.
  • Collaborate with other departments for financial analysis as needed, in particular for pricing decisions, product profitability, and material contracts.
  • Evaluating the need for the financing and arranging the credit facilities in terms of TR and managing the STL for the procurement of material. Preparation of the cost sheet of the various products. Settlement and pre-settlement of TRs on or before the due date. 
  • Complete Management – Full Accounting / Financing of sister concern in oracle for the company BabyBling.
