Myself Bharath Booshan, an Agriculture graduate having experience of 10+ years in Agri sector. I worked as Subject Matter Specialist, Business Development Officer, Content Manager in prestigious companies like Dhanuka Agritech, IFFCO KISAN, Barrix, Samunnati group.

1. Worked as project officer in Bayer crop science at Tamil nadu and Chikmagalur District from November 2008 to July 2009.
   Responsibilities – Product development (worked in market development for the product by name FAME).
2. Subject matter specialist: Horticulture Department project on comprehensive Horticultural Development program in Chamarajanagar District from March 2012 to June 2013.
   Responsibilities – Forming Farmers self-help groups, Interaction with Farmers, Department works.
3. Worked as Business Development Officer in Dhanuka Agritech Limited at Mandya, Karnataka Division from June 2014 to May 2016.
   Responsibilities – Product development (SEMPRA, LUSTRE, MORTAR), conducting Demonstrations, Field days, Farmer meetings.
4. Worked as Jr. Research Scientist at Barrix Agro Sciences Private Limited, Bengaluru from August 2016 to January 2018.
   Responsibilities – Research work on Pheromone traps, field studies on the efficacy of product.
5. Worked as Kisan Call Centre Manager/Content Incharge at IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited, Bengaluru from February 2018 to August 2020.
   Responsibilities – Content work which includes Create and disseminating Out bound messages to farmers, Solving farmer queries in IFFCO Kisan app and through helpline number, Creation of complete package of practice for major crops as per the requirement by Sales Team. Apart from this also handling Kisan Call Centre, where managing day to day operations, managing supervisors, Farm tele advisors, handling recruitment, monitoring call quality, liasoning with ministry, organizing training etc.
6. Worked as Content Moderator at Kamatan Farmtech Pvt Ltd (Now Merged with Samunnati Financial Intermediation and Services Pvt Ltd)., Bengaluru from December 2020. Responsibilities - Manage content on the app for multiple states and languages. Find new sources of content, plan content distribution and ensure delivery of appropriate content. Solving the Farmers query within the stipulated time. Work with other teams and external stakeholders to ensure the best farmer experience on the app.
