Graduate in Chemical Engineering, 18 years overall experience in oil and gas fields epc/pmc projects for green/brownfield on/offshore upstream processing facilities, 

Managed concept to commissioning, handover to normal operation, pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up, completion management, home office to site execution, procedure and checklist development and write up,

 

Reviewed p&Id, pfd, ufd, & manuals, vendor documents and project contractual requirement.

Managed all descipline engineering team, train well for inline requirement

As a Commissioning Manager with China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company ltd, from October-2020 to March 2022, 

Managed Project Commissioning for Crude Oil Terminal project -Oman (Offloading/loading facilities with bosster pumps & metering skid)

Concept to commissioning,

Pre-Commissioning Commissioning start-up Operation maintenance, completion management, handover, Home office preparation to site execution, Reviewed &  prepared commissioning procedures, sop, OTP, check list, functional Test sheet etc
