in all real estate operations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to procurement, contract management, and real
estate operations. Implement and monitor internal controls and processes to mitigate fraud, ensure
data security, and maintain compliance 

Administrative Management:
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure smooth operations and compliance with real estate regulations and industry standards.
 Manage relationships with vendors & service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and finance, to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
