In my present association with TATA Consulting Engineers Ltd. as Assistant Manager-Planning, I am managing a portfolio of projects worth around 5000 Crores (comprising of projects in diverse sectors including Water Treatment Plants, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Smart Roads, Urban Transportation, Sports Complexes, Science Museums, etc.). As a part of academics, I have completed Post Graduate- Project Management, NICMAR-Pune;. Also I have completed KPMGSix Sigma Green Belt, KPMG;. Apart from managing projects, I ensure the completion of work within defined time, cost, and quality parameters. Working as PMO for Gujarat Urban Development Mission, Smart Cities of Vadodara, Dahod and Gandhinagar along with Regional Science Museums of Patan and Bhavnagar.

 Managing a portfolio of projects worth around 5000 Crores (comprising of projects in diverse sectors including Water Treatment Plants, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Smart Roads, Urban Transportation, Sports Complexes, Science Museums, etc.)
 Collaborating with functional teams to devise and implement strategic plans
 Monitoring and maintaining project cash flows and ensuring timely submissions of deliverables
 Preparing monthly information system and generating monthly progress reports
 Conducting risk assessment, project risk review, and portfolio risk analysis including country portfolio, sector portfolio, delay analysis & project forecasts
 Serving as a part of the Central Risk Team of the company overseeing the major projects across the business unit in the inception stage as well as risk management once the project is live to identify and manage the risks periodically
