● This app’s motive was to track if all their stations are using latest payment integration for transactions on their POS. ● Lead Analyst Responsible for managing and drafting business needs, Documenting New Process, and ensuring requirements of Business are met. Responsible for estimating time and effort for effective planning and forecasting work for effective utilization of team across cross functional team. ● Along with that, lead a team of 6 members. Used to track their work and assist PM in Business Process Optimization. ● Worked on designing, implementing, and optimizing data-driven solutions to enhance business efficiency.
