I am a Sports Nutritionist and Advocacy Executive with a strong background in nutrition assessment, counseling, and dietary planning for athletes, including elite players and participants in programs like Khelo India. My expertise includes nutrigenomics-based meal planning, supplement recommendations, body composition analysis, and weight management.

Currently, I manage a team of seven nutrition experts at Glanbia Performance Nutrition. I work closely with the marketing and education teams, guiding nutritionists and contributing to brand awareness through SEO articles, live sessions, and social media content.

Beyond my current role, I have been actively involved in nutrition research, fitness education, and sports science projects. I have conducted internship programs, contributed to workshops and seminars, and worked on publications, including a "Coffee Table" book for The Yoga Institute.

I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Science, Fitness, and Nutrition from Dr. BMN College of Home Science (2019-2020) and a BSc in Food Science and Nutrition from Smt. Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (2016-2019). Additionally, I have completed certifications in Optimum Nutrition for Health & Performance, Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level), and a 200-hour Teacher's Training Course in Yoga Education from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.
