Clinical Dietitian /Nutritionist by profession made out of a passion for maintaining health and longevity and free from lifestyle diseases. The importance and need of eating proper and healthy food is of utmost importance. Gaining experience of 7 years and 5 months continuing to grow in career thereby showcasing my skills, dedication and increasing knowledge and research with taken experience. My goal is to optimise the health of the clients/patients and help them to attain healthy minds and  disease free bodies by doing nutrition intervention and dietary modifications.

Second Internship from Fortis Hospital, Amritsar in the year 2006.

Professional experience in varied institutions Hospital Jaswant Heart Care and Foundation, Multi national company Sanofi , Health App Breathe Well-Being and Medical Clinic, Mehre Child Care Clinic.

Professional Qualification - Post-Graduate diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics in the year 2005 from Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar, Guru Nanak Dev University.
