customers like MLLN, MPLS, and VPN.Find solutions to customer
problems promptly or refer the customer to the appropriate person.

 Report to management and Network team for major network

 First line of support for all departments involved in the Leased

 Working with network team for fault management and 
rectification and so on.

Got promotion as Junior Telecom officer
(Deputy Manager )on January 2018. Here took in 
charge of Perjinjanam Exchange and includes the following:-
 Coordinated and supervised NGN switch migration from OCB.
 Calculated project coast and hired sufficient staff.
 Prepared coast projections for various telecom facilities. 
 Ensured adherence to security procedures.
 Developed and implemented Telephony systems according to
  Project specifications. 
 Evaluated staff performance and prepared Confidential Report.
  Ensured compliance with quality assurance procedures.
 Provided staff training on telecom procedure and new products 
And so on.

(Deputy Manager )FTTH COORDINATOR –June 2021-current,
 Assisted with OLT installations and inspected work.
 Coordinated and supervised FTTH network formation.
 Calculated project coast for Fibre network formation.
 Mentoring the FTTH franchisees of mapped area by
maintaining a positive relationship with them  and 
motivating them.
 Exploring the possibility of enrolling maximum number of 
BSNL exclusive LCOs in designed area and rendering
all assistance to them.
 Issued the pass order in Corresponding bills of FTTH 
Franchisees.
