Responsibilities able to conduct –

 

ACCOUNTS - Finalisation, PL, Balance sheet, all accounts reconciliation like, Debtors, Creditors, bank, Cash & Journals, sales, purchase. MIS reports. Variance, etc.

GST - GST Calculation, GSTR 1, 3B, Annual returns 9 filing in the GST portal. 2B reconciliation, etc.

TDS –Tds, deduction, online payments, Tds returns filing with portal, OLTAS TDS CHALLAN checking.

ROC - ADT1, AOC-4, MGT-7 & 7A filing with MCA portal. Net worth calculation, etc.

INCOME TAX -  Advance tax calculation, income tax calculation, ITR filing with portal, notice /order observation, grievance /reply through portal etc.

BANKING-    Stock statement for working capital, follow up with bankers.

AUDIT-          Fulfil statutory auditor’s requirement, CS requirement, able to do Internal audit.

P TAX -          Calculation, online payments and returns.

SOFTWARE- Tally.Erp/cloud, MS office, etc.

Having experience in the field of Accounts and Finance, presently seek a suitable position in a reputed organisation up to retirement. 

Education

B.Com (Hons.)Computer Knowledge: Diploma in Software (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet,  Tally.ERP, Visual Basic.)
