Responsible for assisting HOD in software implementation and preparation of different MIS reports.
Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis & shareholders’ equity. Report
Handling Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and Scrutiny of ledgers both revenue & balance sheet items.
Monthly revenue expenses comparison (MOM/YOY)-highlighting the causes of variances analysis.
Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register in Excel & ERP. Ensuring all assets purchased are with proper document.
Participation in the yearly budgeting process. Reconciliation of general and personal accounts.
Maintain and Updating supplier information such as qualification, delivery times, product range, Etc.
Finalization of balance sheet and profit and loss account at the end of every month.
Maintaining budget Vs actual expenses of projects and monthly billing, invoicing,
Analysis Capital & Revenue Expenditure
MIS reporting for inventory of slow moving, obsolete and fast-moving goods.
Verify cash receipts against all Point of Sale and handling Petty Cash.
Verify Variance analysis

Handled preparation of documents such as, commission, incentives, and accounts payable & receivable.
Maintained and recorded office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget.
