Experience

I have around 12+ years of bid and proposal management experience (overall 22+ yrs) of responding to various industry sector RFP/RFIs, public tenders, for global clients in US, UK, Middle East and APAC especially in the IT enabled services catering to various sectors not limited to Telecom, Energy & Utilities, Retail, Healthcare, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Media etc. TCV of deals won ranges from less than 5 Mn GBP to 100+Mn large complex multi-vendor RFPs. With Capgemini Technologies I have been responding to IT infrastructure opportunities related to Data center, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Service Management and Work place services. I have won several Data Center exit opportunities and have expertise of working with hyperscalers including AWS, Azure and GCP for global clients. I also have worked in Qatar and have experience in responding to RFPs/Tenders/Bids for both public and private sector. The roles and responsibilities specified in the Job description matches my work profile and I shall be able add lot of value to develop winning proposition for the bids assigned . I typically get engaged in development of client pipeline, go-to market strategy, portfolio/offering development and actively be responsible from deal qualification process onwards progressing to other end to end bid deliverables including managing end to end bid responses , driving the price2win, developing winning sales plan, stakeholder management, third party /vendor onboarding and management, win-themes along with sales lead and ensuring the solution is in sync with the ask , managing the governance, risk and compliance process leading to interactions with the CEO board, legal , finance etc prior to proposal submission. Also, have responsibility managing the SOW, MSA, contract document along with handover to transition and delivery . My key roles and responsibilities include not limited to pipeline review and forecasting of resource requirement, budgeting , bid planning, bid budget validation for the region and qualifying (Go/No Go decision) opportunities. As part of pursuit strategy I play a vital role in arriving at win strategy and themes through win labs, carrying out competitor analysis, benchmarking, arriving at price2win, identifying the relevant case studies and work with account teams to agree on the reference, work with solution team to arrive at value proposition and differentiators, transformation and productivity gains as part of pursuit strategy. I closely work with the wider bid team that includes SMEs, contract team, finance, HR, legal , risk and compliance team seeking approvals upto CEO board for large strategic deals . Stakeholder management is key aspect of my bid and also play a vital role in statement of work preparation , contract markup , proposal development and red reviews plus carrying out sales to delivery handover before I take up another bid. I am also responsible for conducting win loss analysis and identify key lessons learned for future implementation. I am also responsible for driving sustainability for my region and work closely with sustainability team to ensure the solutions are inline with the customer sustainability goals.
