- Lead and manage a team of Payment Accounting Specialists and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback on understanding all types of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), including all commercial, government, and private payers to ensure quality work and productivity.

- Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report KPIs; assist with volume forecasting and capacity planning as needed.
- Develops effective processes and documentation to ensure that production personnel assignments, tasks, and training is appropriate.
- Compliance with the quality framework and timely completion of audits, reports, and analyses.
- Competent in analyzing the required source documents on all processes and completion of the post & pre call analysis and account resolution.
- Ensure volumes are appropriately planned, records are kept up to date and occupancy is maximized to meet service level requirements.
- Provide analytical support to management, including the development and reporting of key performance indicators and benchmarking data.
- Assist in the development of the organization’s risk management process, specifically by promoting awareness of the importance/benefits of process through active participation on appropriate working committees.
- Manage data collection to update metrics to meet productivity goals, reduce unit costs, eliminate defects, and provide excellent customer service.
- Effectively communicate business strategy and ensure team members are fully informed of updates/products/services within agreed timeframes. Fully assume responsibility for driving and managing optimal efficiency, healthy turnover rates, and consistently meeting all SLAs, KPIs, and customer expectations.
