Experience

• Talent recruitment and acquisition professional with experience developing and executing recruiting plans within both agency and in-house settings. Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening, interview scheduling through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, social media, cold calling, and employee referrals.
• Recruit highly qualified personnel, who have experience in IT/Non-IT field.
• Excellent experience with stakeholder management,
• Hands-on experience with job sites such as Monster, Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Good experience in EH-recruiting/in-house recruiting.
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
• Excellent Interpersonal, Convincing, Rate Negotiation & Problem-solving Skills.
• Ability to make sound business decisions.
• Work extensively with MS Office tools like Word, Excel, MS Teams, OneNote and Outlook.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
