7+ years of experience in various facets of research - UX/Quantitative/Qualitative Research, Consumer Insights, and Strategy Consulting; I have worked for leading International and Indian brands and global markets. In UX Research, I have managed projects end-to-end for several products (planning, scoping, research design, logistics, execution, analysis and debriefing) on a number of use cases like evaluating design preferences among users - color, logo, typography & iconography, UI intuitivity, journey mapping, etc. I am very passionate about UX Research in particular, have a keen eye for design and have provided actionable insights for several projects that have driven decision-making.

Experience

I have been engaged in research for approximately seven years. I have gained experience in secondary, primary, qualitative, and quantitative research. I have worked within various sectors including Education Technology, Financial Technology, Information Technology, Media, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Health, and more. I have collaborated with Indian and global markets and both well-known and lesser-known brands.

My most recent role was as a "UX Marketing Researcher ||" at Osmo. Osmo is an Edtech company based in the United States that was acquired by BYJU's. I served as the sole UX Researcher for their flagship product, "BYJU's Future School". My responsibilities encompassed engaging in discussions and collaborations with stakeholders - including design, product, engineering, customer experience, and leadership teams - in order to define research objectives, devise research strategies, establish appropriate timelines, design research materials such as surveys and interview guides, manage logistics such as participant recruitment and NDAs, create Figma prototypes for usability tests, conduct research activities, analyze findings, and present actionable insights.

In terms of project types, I have conducted usability tests throughout the entire product development process to assess the user interface's ease of understanding, navigation, journey mapping, and design specifications such as color, text visibility, logos, and icons. For "BYJU's Future School", the primary product I worked on at Osmo, I also developed a customized dashboard to track key metrics obtained from usability tests on a regular basis, thereby measuring improvements. Additionally, I have been involved in projects related to the product, such as competitive analysis, Net Promoter Score assessments, marketing funnels, and market sizing.

Education

I have graduated with B.E. in Information Science Engg. I have a Masters in Management Information Systems. I have certifications in “Researcher” Certification under the “Social-Behavioural-Educational (SBE) Comprehensive” Curriculum Group by Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) .
