I have several years of work experience in different roles and organizations. Currently, I am working as a Relationship Manager at NoBroker Technologies Solutions Private Limited in the Packers and Movers department. My responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding and transition for customers during relocation services. I explain the relocation process, policies, and chosen services to customers, resolving any issues that arise and providing on-the-spot solutions. I also maintain communication with service partners, customers, and stakeholders until the job is completed. Additionally, I collect feedback to analyze and improve our services.
