Experience
• Maintain & provide a high standard of services to enhance the experience in Facility management (housekeeping services, cafeteria, pantry, medical facility, meeting room, stationery) and other allied services—support for internal & external events. • Collaborate with all the service providers & vendors to ensure effective service delivery on a day-day basis. • Handle budgetary and financial management tasks, including creating and managing budgets, managing expenses, and negotiating contracts with vendors. • Project Management involved the setting up of a new facility from the planning stage for the new office all through to the completion stage. • Managing the expenses and budgets of the company • Partners with key stakeholders on event innovation, end-to-end event planning and successful event execution. • Responsible for managing the Travel Desk and holding a tack on company assets • Building & Facility management - working with the building owner and maintenance staff to get issues resolved related to facility & security, in a timely manner. Staff liaison for ongoing tenant/landlord matters. • · AMC negotiation, Renewals, and Maintenance - UPS, ACs, Pest Control, Fire extinguishers, Office Lease etc.
