I possess experience and broad-based expertise in overseeing the entire spectrum of industry-relevant skills such as Structural Engineering, Static Calculations, End-To-End Project Life Cycle, Value Engineering, -Bid Support, Engineering Design and Management, Risk Assessment, Audit, and Compliance Management along with HSE management. I am also well versed in providing technical support for Oil and Gas Structures, Offshore, Parking Structures, Power Plant Industry Structures, Glass Panels FEM Analysis, Industrial Structures- Steel Structures,  RCC, PEB Structures, Floor vibration analysis, and Dynamic Analysis.
Currently, I am working as Senior Structural Engineer with CSI- Civil & Structural Engineering Pvt Ltd. where-in I am chiefly responsible for monitoring the project design deliverable progress, active involvement in reviewing the survey and as-built information, focusing on safety through good design practices and quality of the work, preparing the cost-benefit analyses for the construction, performing static calculations, analysis and design of structures as per code standards requirement, preparing the static design basis documents and specification are just to name a few. I possess in-depth knowledge of various codes, such as American, British, Indian, and Swedish codes.
Coming to my technical skills, I am well versed with SCIA, AxisVM, STAAD PRO, SJ MEPLA Glass, IDEA Statica Connection design, AutoCAD, and other structural design softwares, BIM Softwares.
I possess a strong understanding of the industry, and technology trends, and have demonstrated key initiatives in establishing quality control techniques to attain project excellence at lower costs. In addition to the above, I am methodical, accurate, and adaptable to all traits, which allow me to embrace change and effectively adjust to new or altered processes within a business environment. I also can implement new system procedures and policies that will enhance the process and procedure. I have successfully worked with cross-functional teams, and clients from diverse backgrounds & geographies including Sweden, Europe, America, Germany and India.
