Experience

  • Prepare Funds Available with bank and reported to Management. 
  • Prepare accounting entries daily.
  • Record and review sale and purchase invoices.
  • Review the statement of bank account
  • Verify and balance receipts, and send cash, cheques or other forms of payment to banks.
  • Match order forms with invoices. Maintain inventory records
  • Monthly stock taking and reconciliation of stock.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages or deal with callers when necessary
  • Control and scrutinize day to day accounts of branch and supervision of account ledger.  Account finalization and monthly closures.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and report back to the Management.
  • Handle activities pertaining to accounts receivable and payable.
  • Prepare monthly P&L A/c
  • Closing of monthly and yearly entries, arrange letter of credit and bank guarantee.
  • Checking quotation for rates, quantity and terms and condition 

and finally issue PO for new purchase.

  • Preparing Monthly Salary List with ESI And PF.
  • Checking with Purchase Bills for GST input and TCS Purchase confirmation monthly once.
  • Follow up with Auditors for GST Filing monthly and 

TDS filing quarterly.

  • Can fill annual return of the company on time, monthly TDs payments and filling quarterly returns on time.
  • Responsible for VAT and statutory compliances

Diploma in Computer Technology 3 years course in Morning Star Polytechnic Kanniyakumari District, Tamilnadu, India
