(Immediate joiner) • Hands - on experience in SAP SD on the following processes. • In - depth knowledge in SD Sales of Sales Processes, Shipping, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc. • Definition & Assignment of enterprise structure for SAP SD Module. • Master Data ° Customer Master Data ° Customer Material Information Record ° Material Master Data ° Pricing Condition Master Data ° Output Condition Master Data • Configuration in order to cash business Processes. ° Order to Cash ° Rush Order.

Experience

    Actively support HPCL officers in their day-to-day operations, providing expert guidance on SAP SD solutions. Played a key role in the successful SAP Go-Live, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and resolving any post-implementation issues promptly. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement end-to end sales and distribution processes within the SAP environment.  Provide ongoing support and proactive troubleshooting for SAP SD-related matters, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and minimizing downtime.  Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other relevant modules, such as MM and FI.  Participate in workshops and training sessions to educate HPCL officers on utilizing SAP SD functionalities effectively.  Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and continuous optimization initiatives for better efficiency and user experience.  Maintain strong working relationships with HPCL officers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
