Experience
With over 17 years of professional experience, I have successfully built a career as a trusted Executive Assistant to CEOs and Managing Directors, complemented by hands-on expertise in HR, CSR, sustainability, and project coordination. My work spans diverse industries such as IT, consulting, architecture, infrastructure, manufacturing, renewable energy, and social development projects.
Currently (Feb 2025–Present), I am working as a Freelancer, supporting projects in renewable energy, HR recruitment, and data analysis, while collaborating with NGOs on rural development initiatives. My focus areas include biochar and biobriquette projects, women empowerment, and programs for children and the elderly. This role allows me to combine my executive support expertise with social impact and sustainability initiatives.
From Sep 2023–Jan 2025, I served as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at Creduce, Ahmedabad, a consultancy specializing in carbon credits and renewable energy. I managed high-level executive support, project coordination, stakeholder relations, and CSR activities. I also introduced digital tools such as Zoho and Trello to improve efficiency in project tracking and reporting.
At Purbanchal Laminates (Aug 2022–Jul 2023), I consolidated reports from 20 branches, managed MIS for sales/production, and coordinated key reviews with senior management. My contributions improved reporting accuracy and decision-making processes.
From Sep 2020–Aug 2022, I worked with SunShakti & SunPanchal Architect Group, Mumbai, where I supported architectural design and multimedia projects. I also led CSR outreach programs during the COVID-19 pandemic and strengthened digital branding through social media and training initiatives.
