I am writing to submit my resume for the Head HR position you advertised . In today’s changing work environment I have a strong belief that Head HR  should now function in more roles within companies to support them. With a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, 16 years of relevant experience in Human resource and overall 20 years of experience in diversified industry I believe I have the needed skills to excel.

My role at my current job has changed along with the changing needs of my company. In addition to the traditional HR Head duties of Strategic and objectives of the company and as a business advisor for business unit and  payroll, benefits administration my position has evolved to include recruitment social media sourcing hiring training and participating in organizational development. In this manner I function as a strategic partner for my company as well as a sponsor and advocate for employees. 

Possess key skills as 

Benefits Administration ,Payroll, Performance Appraisal Process, Performance Management, Employee ,Engagement, Recruitment, Employee Grievances, Change Management, Strategic HR,  Industrial relation, Multiple Union( Thane) analytics, HR systems, Metrics, T&D, policy implementation, Audit 13485, Stress Management, liasioning with government for MPCB , PF , Factory insp. permission.  

Process implementation - Zoho, larkservices, Greythr, Spine. 

My position also allows me to excel in analyzing new opportunities in the market whenever there is a threat and prepare a project report to the management for approvals. My combined education and experience make me an excellent choice. I believe in talent acquisition and retention. As a HR  Head  my focus is on the best interests of all in creating employee-centered company environments.

I know you will agree that I would make a

CTC - 18 L per  annum.
