Major Piping system working experience High pressure/high temperature well production, Sour gas (H2S, CO2) hydrocarbon, gas compression, gas Lift, gas injection and water injection, Condensate Stabilization, Produced Water treatment. 

Key process safety study         HAZOP study, Risk Assessment Analysis studies comprising, like Fire & Explosion Risk Analysis.

JOB OVERVIEW

• Experience in the Piping Design (Layout), construction and FEED of various successful projects for OFF SHORE and ONSHORE such as Chemical, Petrochemical, and Offloading Project, Oil & Gas Refinery.
•  Mechanical design works for fuel gas filtration, pressure reducing & metering skid and control valves, heating systems and fuel gas compressors in power, oil and gas projects.
• Review design documents and provide and providing constructability input to designs / changes as per the site conditions.
• Review of Piping and pipeline designs and giving instructions to site supervisors.
• Preparing Activity data, Test and Inspection Matrices, and all construction activities.
• Review of PFD and P & Id, Equipment drawing to find scope of work preparation of TIE IN package, Update & Preparation P&ID for the new scope of work.
•  Checking/Preparation of piping & Equipment Lay out and Review Auto plant model checking of piping Isometric and MTO
• Comprehensive knowledge of methods and application in piping/pipeline construction.
• Preparing Bid estimates (Tender) of piping and pipeline technical and commercial part. 
• Review of all constructions drawings as per the site conditions.
• Coordinate with Client (Construction & Commissioning) in the works, Vendor Support, Tools and Equipment required.
• Worked independently as an Engineer for various projects, coordinating with client, other departments and team members.
• Extract data from site and existing drawings based on project requirements to generate new Drawings for the construction.
• Perform site survey and prepare report for the Design and construction.
• Find out the pipe specifications and standards for the construction.
• Provide development of construction plan, plot plan, Equipment layout, piping routing, piping isometrics, pipe support design, field mapping and system schematics.
• Ensure that welding procedures are properly documented and met with specific project requirements.
• Review of P&ID’s and Data sheets as per the project Requirements for the construction.
• Having good Knowledge and awareness on HSE policies and strictly follow at work.
• Mechanical design works for fuel gas filtration, pressure reducing & metering skid and control valves, heating systems and fuel gas compressors in power, oil and gas projects.
• Solving the field problems faced by the construction engineers/supervisors.
• Checking pipe routing as per the approved latest version of drawings.
• MTO (Bill of Material) for the procurement of parts and equipment’s for the construction.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiar with design reviews and pipeline installations.
• Familiar with international standards of ASME , ASTM ,API ,NACE , ISO,EN 

Possess sound knowledge of Piping and pipeline codes and standards ASME B31.3. ,ASME B31.1 And ASME B31.4.
