Browntape is an OMS Saas-based cloud software that provides an end-to-end solution for online sellers. I managed to get big-ticket clients (like Swarovski, Melorra, BIBA, Fossil, berrylush etc) and assist in integrating their ERP systems and POS system for omnichannel fulfillment of orders. I was responsible for solutionizing the client's requirements for seamless automation of their eCommerce operations. Browntape is taken over by an ERP company called Ginesys. So I have hands-on knowledge in Procurement, inventory management, warehouse management, supply chain management, and logistics for any business sector. To add value to my job & career in eCommerce I managed the online accounts of a few sellers and ran strategic promotional campaigns which turned out to give them 2x sales. Customer engagement, satisfaction & solutionizing eCommerce operations were my key job roles. I used even assisted in handling the company’s digital presence and creating new lead opportunities on my own. I have In-depth knowledge of B2C or B2B eCommerce business models and last-mile delivery operations.
