I am a resourceful and highly experienced professional with 22+ years of rich experience in all facets of project management including Engineering, mechanical design, construction, Commissioning of HVAC Systems, Handing over & at an international level. Currently, I am working as MEP Construction Manager at Supply Air International LLP, India. Experienced in spearheading construction project that includes planning, designing, installation for HVAC, controls, plumbing, Firefighting, execution of process piping, and fire protection design/construction coordination.

My core strengths include, but are not limited to the following: 

 Demonstrated capabilities in managing the MEP construction of high-rise residential/commercial buildings, Substations, Datacenters, Metro, Stadium, On shore utility buildings in Oil & Gas plants & complexes, for various clients 

 Successfully led in cross-functional team environments and with people from diversified backgrounds & geographies 

 Hands-on experience in using HVAC-related software like HAP, McQuay for Heat load estimation, ducting and piping, AutoCAD and essential windows MS-office and etc.

Competent at providing daily support that includes project planning, site supervision, resource optimization and monitoring to ensure project execution within defined cost parameters
