• Responsible for planning of resources, Interaction on Technical/Tactical matter with Government of India, ISRO, NRSA and other agency related to space & mapping.  
• Handling strategic requirements and planning of Satellite Imageries for the Defence Forces (Army, Air force, Navy) and other National Intelligence Agency (NTRO, RAW, ARC) and paramilitary  forces of India.

• As Director of MI-17, an nodal Agency for all Satellite & Aerial Intelligence for Indian Army for creating, and maintenance of data base and mapping.
• Professionally handled the Management and Interpretation of Remotely sensed Data (Satellite & Aerial) on Indian Military matters.
• Associated at the decision making level for procurement and development of specialized software for GIS and Satellite Imagery requirements. 
• Responsible for raising, coordinate, deployment and management of 33 satellite interpretation organization (Divisions) in various part of the country with finesse & exemplary precision.

2007 – 2008.  Ministry of Defence as Director of Recruiting 

• Responsible for conducting, organizing recruiting rallies and managements. 
• Professionally handled recruitment of soldiers from naxal effected area. Responsible for planning, execution and management of large strength recruitment rallies at open Rally site ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 candidates per day.
• Streamlining complete recruiting procedures, ensuring the creation of entire database, management of Inventory, built in safeguard systems and transparency in the system.

2008 – 2009.  Administration Commandant one of the largest army base (Jhansi).

• Responsible for planning of resources, human resource development,organizational development, financial management, project management, operational planning and management functions.
• Active in charge of 5000 men and equipment worth Rs 2250 Crores.  
• Responsible for mobilization of cargo and units with heavy equipment. 
• Controlled supply chain from storage depots to forward areas.

2002– 2004.   Commanding officer (CO) of Sensitive Intelligence Unit (Operations Period)

• Commanded the very sensitive intelligence acquisition unit in Rajasthan sector.
• Planning, implemented maintenance plans for equipment's, buildings, equipment, transport etc for optimum up time, for day today work and operational readiness.
• Liaison with Central/ State Govt / Organizations/ IB/ SSB/ RAW/ State CID/ BSF and many other Govt offices.
• Received   GOCs Commendation Card.

1999– 2002.     Joint Director of Imagery Interpreter Team  

• Senior Interpreter & Jt Dir in Command HQ, Professionally handled the specialized software for GIS and Satellite Imagery, management and Interpretation of remotely sensed Data (Satellite & Aerial) during ‘OP VIJAY’.  
• Received ARMY COMMANDER’s Commendation Card.

1982 – 2002. Indian Army as Commissioned Officer 
As Infantry and intelligence officer held various post from operation to logistics and also commanded the sub units of various type of intelligence unit  in J&k, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, AP, Assam, MP,HP, Punjab.
