Experience
I am worked as a cook helper in cold kitchen. I am doing Breakfast and also preparing the mis-en place for the lunch and dinner and also sometime working in Live section (Grilling, Live Pasta making) and a ‘la carte.

MY Major responsibilities Making mis-en place for buffet/brunch services, a ‘la carte pickups, taking responsibility from chef de partie in the entire kitchen.
My foremost responsibilities in maintaining the HACCP standards labelling all food before storing, check and enter temperature of chiller and freezer, check thermostat control to regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, roasters and steam kettles, ensuring colour code systems for cutting board and knife are followed atoll the times. Checking &receiving the vegetable /Meat/Fish/Dairy chillers and products, clear knowledge in the making sauces, soups and all kind of al-a-cart orders (lamb, beef, fish and vegetable dishes, carvings preparations) Looking for a job in multi cuisine (Italian/Mexican/fine dining whole day dining and continental cuisines)
