1. Processed New hires, rehires and transfer of employees. Processing End to end payroll.

2. Good knowledge in processing the monthly and off-cycles payroll, preparing the required documents and delivering on before the timeline.

3. Extremely good at Input Validation, Head recon, Base pay comparison, Control systems, statutory and taxation.

4. Entered and maintained accurate records of new hires and terminations to prevent legal action.

5. Troubleshooting payroll software issues.

6. Good knowledge on Year End Activity and worked based on the country's fiscal year.

7. Based on the client requirement delivering weekly global reports and also managing SLA reports

8. Implementing System Automation / Control system to have a robust process in place.

9. Extremely good knowledge on Yearly and Monthly Statutory reports submission in the respective government portals.

10. Good at Ms Excel and formulas.

11. Extremely good at Co-ordinate with the team and team work.
