During my current and previous employment experience of over 18 years in Automotive Spare parts operations. I acted as a Head of Sales and Sales Manager for over twelve years. My sales department experienced contributed significant sales growth each year, which culminated in a 100% sales increase during the previous financial year. As a Sales Manager, I have had on-the-job experience in Team Work, Managing and Directing Sales Teams, Strategic Decisions for Sales Growth and Training and Development. I understand what it takes to manage a team, develop strong relationships with clients, efficiently meet sales quota and maintain a vibrant and ambitious attitude as a representative of my company. 

I have contributed a significant amount to the organisation's overall growth by consistently achieving my KPIs and, meeting the current demands of customers and executing strategic operations & marketing plans to grow its revenue & profit. I am a well-qualified Professional who obtained a Master of Business Administration from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing and Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Sri Jayawardhanapura University of Sri Lanka. I have achieved many value awards and completed various international training related to management, sales & marketing and winner of National Sales Manager Category at Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing NASCO award in 2019/20.
