 Provide Level 2 and Level 3 Production and Non-Production Support for application
Issues.
 Responsible for day to day operations strong analytical and problem resolution skills
continuous focus on solution
 Create and designing the all type of barcode labels and .prn files for applications and
troubleshooting also.
 Improved the performance of the application by rewriting the SQL queries.
 Provided user training and production support.
 Troubleshooting all printer’s technical issues ( Laser, Barcode, Patient Card , Network
printer )
 Trained new employees and explained protocols clearly and efficiently.
 Perform on-site and off-site technical support via remote application (Team viewer,
Anydesk) .
 Supporting at HMS with all modules (Hospital, Nursing, Inventory, EMR and Billing,
Ticketing, Lab, Lis, Icca, Pacs, Tele-consulting, etc..).
 Restore and Backup of the database files and then import and export data into the
sql server.
