With 26 years of experience in managing human resource operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives, I believe I have the skills and expertise to excel in this role

As a seasoned HR professional in the hospitality industry, I possess a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with managing HR in a luxury hotel. I have a proven track record of success in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, developing and implementing effective HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives that result in improved employee satisfaction and reduced turnover rates.

My early years started with social work, I have done my Bachelor in Social Work from Mumbai University and spend two years with an NGO working for a social cause.

 My leadership and team management skills are strong, and I have experience managing HR professionals to ensure the success of the HR function. I am a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and I have a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations specific to the hospitality industry.
