About DEBABRATA GHOSH:

16 years experience in collections and debt recovery, working in HDFC bank as Area Collections Manager,handling collections of commercial vehicle ,construction equipment & health care equipment of West Bengal & Bhutan.(excluding Kolkata and adjacent districts).Managing a team of 11 collections manager,2 In-House staff & 10 Recovery Vendor.

Earlier worked with Jana Small Finance Bank,Hero Fincorp Ltd,Bajaj Auto Finance & ICICI Bank.Worked with following portfolios : TW,CV,CE,HCF,PL,Auto,Used Auto,Tractor Loan,Home Loan,Secure/Unsecured BL etc.

B.Sc (Hons) in Economics with Mathematics & Statistics & MA in Economics form Visva Bharati University,Santiniketan.Cleared GRE & TOEFL and did Ph.D synopsis.Data analysis is my passion.

Result oriented ,national award winning competent debt recovery professional ,capable to handle large size team,competent to work under complex processes that have myriad number of touch point.

16 +yrs exp in collections & debt recovery. Area Collections Manager of HDFC Bank ,earlier worked in Jana Bank,Hero Fincorp ,Bajaj Auto Finance & ICICI Bank .MA in Economics from Visva-Bharati University .Managing team of 10 collections manager.

Post Graduate in Economics ,Statistics and Mathematics were core subject during Grad in Economics.
