n the introduction, I am at 59 years Automobile Engineer with an experience of 38

years from Kolkata, West Bengal. In my service tenure, I worked at different

locations in India & worked as Head of After-sales & Spares in Bangladesh with

Ashok Leyland Distributor IFAD Autos Ltd.

I currently have a Diploma in Automobile, Graduate Certification Course from The

Institute of Automotive Engineers.

My work permit ended in May’21 & return home accordingly. Due to some personal

reasons, I paused my service till time. Now I feel free to come back to the profession

in underemployment or as a consultant. I am free & ready to join any day & relocate

accordingly.

In my last employment (IFAD AUTOs Ltd), I had the responsibilities of 23 Service

outlets with their month-to-month revenue generation. Maintaining the total service

process including spares store under service. I was responsible for monitoring the

availability of the spare vs stock inventory under control. Because spares retailing

was also maintained from this central warehouse. In some instances firing

employees when the need arose. While I do not enjoy letting employees go. I do

understand that the needs of the company are my top priority.

My people skills are top notch and I enjoy working with the customers, clients, and

vendors that I would be required to deal with. I also have great communication skills

and can ensure that all employees are keeping proper records to ensure there is no

limit on inventory.

Considering the above I am seeking a Senior position for after-sales & spares or

similar. I like to work in a big area as a process owner. I can ensure your automotive

the department runs smoothly by reducing variable expenditures, reducing vehicle off-

road time, increasing per bay per day productivity, organizing operations, and many

more developments.
