* Screening resumes and applications for the job role and shortlisting the most suitable candidates
based on the job requirements.
* Conducted initial interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their needs, technical fitment,
skills, experience, arranging layers of technical interviews with stakeholders/panels for the technical
evaluation for fitment for the role by taking feedbacks from panels.
* Conducted interviews Google meet, Teams, BarRaiser, Trackstar etc.
