• Responsible for timely and break free manufacturing processes with available manpower and follow-up Raw Material optimum usage and FG availability.
• To provide day-to-day technical support while monitoring and troubleshooting operations of the Antioxidant, Antiozonant, Peptizer, Ultra-Accelerator, & Retarder manufacturing plant.
• Keep track record of product wise batches and entry of Data of BCT & batch summery as well as the accountability of finished goods record.
• Follow up with maintenance department for any necessary modification, breakdown or upgradation of plant activities and prepare work permit accordingly with necessary safety precautions.
• Had looked after MEE PLANT activities (ATFD, Pusher centrifuge) of the ETP system and ensure acceptable parameter (TDS, pH) of the final discharge.
• Production Shift basis in Continuous DCS plant of Hydrogen (Steam Reforming Process) and Hydrogen Peroxide (35%, 50% & 60% conc.)
• Production of Cellulose Powder, manpower handling, accountability of RM and reporting to Production manager, looking over plant housekeeping and maintaining clean work environment.
